DB55 & pop-up chef Yacinth Pos kindly invite you to join their unique dinner event ‘Elixirs of Cosmic Consciousness’! During this experience you will receive a beautifully crafted 4-course dinner, prepared with local products. Through-out the dinner we will explore and uncover the healing power of wild edible plants and their history. Do you know what is growing next to your front door?


WHAT TO EXPECT
Get ready for an immersive dinner experience that will trigger all your senses. While enjoying your dinner, you will learn about different types of wild edible plants that can be found in your own surroundings. You'll get to know ways on how to cook with these plants and flowers and turn them into beautiful meals. And you'll discover how these plants can work their magic on your health.

During the dinner, we will shed light on the historical aspects of healing elixirs and the origins of ancient techniques such as fermenting, drying, and oil-making. Who were responsible for sharing this knowledge, and what does it have to do with witchcraft?


PRACTICALITIES
The dinner will be completely vegetarian and we're committed to a zero-waste approach, exploring creative ways to use every part of the ingredients. During the dinner we will provide an extensive beverage list with beautiful wines, beers and non alcoholic drinks.

This dinner has it’s roots in an previous collaboration with talented ceramic artist Ccontinua. Her handcrafted ceramics and valuable insights have enriched this culinary experience.
